OFFICE OF THE BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE (BAC)
INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF CHAINSAW

The Local Government Unit of Piat (Barangay Maguilling), through the Barangay Fund intends to apply the sum of Ninety Thousand One Hundred Pesos (Php 90,100.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Chainsaw. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening.
The Local Government Unit of Piat (Barangay Maguilling) now invites bids for the Purchase of Chainsaw. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
