INVITATION TO BID

PURCHASE OF CCTV CAMERA

1. The Sangguniang Barangay of Sambulawan, Leyte, through the authorized appropriations under the 20% Annual Investment Program intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php100,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of CCTV Camera. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Sangguniang Barangay of Sambulawan, Leyte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
