WHEREAS, the BARANGAY GOVERNMENT of Barangay Haligue Kanluran posted the invitation to apply for Eligibility to Bid of the Supply and Delivery of Generator in Barangay Government of Brgy. Haligue Kanluran website and posting in conspicuous places of the City Government, continuously for 10 days.
