1. The LGU Gabaldon, through the Budget for the contract approved by the respective Sanggunian, intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Nine Thousand Five Hundred Pesos only (Ᵽ 309,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF BUNTIS KIT FOR BUNTIS CONGRESS PROGRAM OF RHU GABALDON, DESCRIBE BELOW:
