Description : Supply of materials, labor and equipment for the appraisal/assessment of value for the following structures:

1. MEZ Police Substation at gate 4 - (estimated building area = 95 sq.m)
2. Maintenance Building at substation
a. Office, storage/warehouses with partitions - 250 sq.m
b. Fabrication/working area, open no partitions = 131 sq.m

Conditions:
1. The appraisal should be an accredited appraiser or with license/permit to do the same
2. The serviceable item (ie. doors, window, doors and window frames, roofing panels, etc.) and the unserviceable items (parts of the building that cannot be reused if demolished) should be presented separately in the appraisal/assessment of costs.
3. Signed/approved by a licensed real property appraiser.
