1. The Local Government Unit of Talaingod, Davao del Norte intends to apply the sum of Two Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 2,600,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract on PURCHASE OF BRAND NEW UTILITY VAN W/ DUAL AC-AMBULANCE. Bids in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
