1. The Municipal Government of Villareal, Samar, now invites bids for the PURCHASE OF BRAND NEW HEAVY EQUIPMENT FOR LGU VILLAREAL which has an approved budget for the contract (ABC) of SIXTEN MILLION PESOS (16,000,000.00).
a. 1 unit brand new hydraulic excavator
b. 1 unit brand new wheel loader
c. 1 unit brand new dumptruck

2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using nondiscretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act”.
