1. The Local Government Unit of Guinobatan, Albay, through the LCPC Annual Budget 2025 intends to apply the above-mentioned sum of One Million Pesos (Php 1,000,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for payment under the contract for the Purchase of Books for Day Care Children (GO BES Program for Day Care Children, Distance Learning for the New Normal). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Guinobatan, Albay, now invites bids for the above-mentioned procurement project. Delivery of the goods is required as specified in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) of the Bidding Documents.
