Purchase of Biscuits and Milk with Cereal Flakes 28g for Supplemental Feeding of Malnourished Children

1. The Municipality of Bontoc, through the Gen. Fund C.Y 2025, intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Sixty- Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty- Five Pesos (569,755.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Biscuits and Milk with Cereal Flakes 28g for Supplemental Feeding of Malnourished Children. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Bontoc now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 days upon the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
