Invitation to Bid for the Supply and Delivery of Purchase of Base Radio and Handheld Radio for the use of Barangay Talumpok Kanluran, Batangas City.

The Batangas City Government through the Office of the Barangay Chairperson of Barangay Talumpok Kanluran, intends to apply the sum of P 93,485.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract for BAC-PG-001-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fall” criterion as specified in the Implementating Rules and Regulation (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.

Bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR of RA 9184.
