Purchase of Band Instrument for Various Schools on this Municipality

1. The Local Government Unit of Guinobatan, Albay, through the Mayors Office Annual Budget 2025 intends to apply the above-mentioned sum of Eight Hundred Forty Six Thousand Two Hundred (Php 846,200.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for payment under the contract for the Purchase of Band Instrument for Various Schools on this Municipality. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Guinobatan, Albay, now invites bids for the above-mentioned procurement project. Delivery of the goods is required as specified in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) of the Bidding Documents. Bidders should have completed within the period of August 22,2020 - August 22, 2025 a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).
