1. The Local Government Unit of Balatan, Camarines Sur, through FOOD PRODUCTION PROGRAM CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of NINETY NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY PESOS ONLY (Php 99,890.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract PURCHASE OF ASSORTED VEGETABLE SEEDS [GOODS-SVP-2025-01-010]. Offers received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at opening of offers.
