1. The Local Government Unit of Balatan, Camarines Sur, through AGRICULTURAL AND MARINE EXPENSES CY 2025 intends to apply the sum Two Hundred Seventeen Thousand Four Hundred Twenty-Five Pesos Only (P217,425.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF ASSORTED VEGETABLE SEEDS AND TOOLS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Balatan, Camarines Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by a Thirty (30) day contract duration]. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
