Description : Invitation to Bid for Purchase of Assistive Device (Wheelchair, Quad Cane, Walker and Crutches) for Empowering Mobility

1. The Municipality of San Jose, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos Only (₱ 410,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase of Assistive Device (Wheelchair, Quad Cane, Walker and Crutches) for Empowering Mobility / sjom-goods-0012-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of San Jose now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within 30 days upon the receipt of notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
