PURCHASE OF ANTI-RABIES VACCINE FOR THE USE OF MUNICIPAL HEALTH OFFICE, MUNICIPALITY OF OTON, ILOILO

1. The Local Government Unit of Oton, through DRUGS AND MEDICINES GENERAL FUND/GAD intends to apply the sum of One Million Thirty-Five Thousand Pesos Only (Php 1,035,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PURCHASE OF ANTI-RABIES VACCINE FOR THE USE OF MUNICIPAL HEALTH OFFICE, MUNICIPALITY OF OTON, ILOILO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Oton now invites bids for the PURCHASE OF ANTI-RABIES VACCINE FOR THE USE OF MUNICIPAL HEALTH OFFICE, MUNICIPALITY OF OTON, ILOILO. Completion of the Works is required Twenty (20) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
