Description : 1. The Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur, through the General Fund, intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Seventy-Three Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (Php473,800.00), being the ABC, to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Anti-Rabies Vaccine, 2026-04. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur, now invites bids for the Procurement Project above. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 CD. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project within ten (10) years from submitting and receiving bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
