The local Government Unit of Taft, through the Bid and Awards Committee (BAC). Invites suppliers to apply for eligibility, to bid for the hereunder contract:

Bids received over the ABC shall be automatically rejected upon opening the bid.

Procurement will be conducted by Section 53.9 (Small Value Procurement) of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations Part A (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (R.A. 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. Only sealed bids/quotations from eligible bidders will be opened and a contract will only be awarded to the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Quotation.

Opening of Price Quotations shall be on January 27, 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mayor's Conference Room, 2nd Floor Municipal Building of Taft, Eastern Samar.
