Invitation to Bid for
Purchase and Production of the 2023 “DARANGEN” (Yearbook)

1.The Mindanao State University-General Santos City (MSU-GSC), through the University Trust Fund, intends to apply the sum of Three Million Seventy- Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos and 00/100 only (Php 3,078,700.00) as the ABC for payment under the contract for the Purchase and Production of the 2023 “DARANGEN“ (Yearbook) with identification number UYB-001-1671-25. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The MSU-GSC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is within Ninety (90) calendar days after the submission of final dummy. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
