Description : The Barangay Government of Old Cabalan, Olongapo City, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers to bid for the project “Supply and Installation of Solar-Powered Street Lighting Units” with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of PHP 250,000.00, funded under the Barangay Fund CY 2025.

This is the Second Posting (Rebid) of the project after a previously declared Failed Bidding, pursuant to 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of R.A. 9184.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary pass/fail criterion in accordance with the provisions of R.A. 9184 and its IRR.

Bidding documents are available at the Barangay Old Cabalan Hall from October 22 to 29, 2025, and the Deadline for Submission of Bids is on October 30, 2025, at 8:30 A.M., while the Opening of Bids shall follow immediately after at 10:00 A.M. at the same venue. Late bids shall not be accepted.
