“Purchase and Installation of One Unit Greenhouse with Drip Irrigation System”

1. The Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro (PGOM), through the FY 2025 General Fund (Appropriation Ordinance No. 08, s. 2024), intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-Three Pesos and 04/100 (P1,999,943.04) being the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Purchase and Installation of One Unit Greenhouse with Drip Irrigation System,” (Ref. No. 147-2025). The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the corresponding appropriations for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
