1) The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF CERVANTES, ILOCOS SUR through the [MDRRM FUND - 2026] intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P 1,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF LED WALL. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
