1. The City Government of San Fernando, La Union, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Twenty Two Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Two Pesos and Twenty Five Centavos (P2,322,832.25) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase and Installation of Integrated Solar LED Streetlights along the Main Road, Zone 1 to 7, Barangay Dallangayan Oeste (Project Identification Number PB-25-020). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of San Fernando, La Union now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
