1. The Local Government Unit of Dingras, through the Gen. Fund (Repair & Maintenance) intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Pesos Only (Php1,295,280.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase and Installation of HDPE Geomembrane Liner at the Sanitary Landfill. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Dingras now invites bids for the Purchase and Installation of HDPE Geomembrane Liner at the Sanitary Landfill.
