Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF EARLY WARNING SYSTEM (EWS) AND INSTRUMENTS IN HAZARD PRONE AREAS

1. The Local Government Unit of Concepcion through the Capital Outlay FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Fifty Five Thousand Pesos (Php 455,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Construction Materials of Purchase and Installation of Early Warning System (EWS) and Instruments in Hazard Prone Areas/ITB-2025-016 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Concepcion now invites bids for the Purchase and Installation of Early Warning System (EWS) and Instruments in Hazard Prone Areas. Delivery of goods is required 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
