Olongapo City through the BARANGAY 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED NINETY-SEVEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO PESOS AND 24/100 (Php 197,332.24) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF CULVERT ALONG FILTRATION ROAD, BRGY. STA RITA, OLONGAPO CITY”, Project ID No. GOODS-SR 2026 - 004 - INF. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
