Description : Barangay Old Cabalan, Olongapo City, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to undertake a Negotiated Procurement (Two Failed Biddings) for Project No. BOC-GOODS-2025-12 - “Purchase and Installation of CCTV Cameras and Accessories (Phase 2)”, in accordance with Section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act.

The project involves the supply, delivery, and installation of a complete Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) System consisting of approximately twelve (12) CCTV cameras, one (1) Network Video Recorder (NVR), one (1) LED monitor, and all necessary cables, connectors, and power supplies, fully installed, tested, and operational at designated barangay areas.

The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱300,000.00), chargeable against the Barangay Funds for Calendar Year 2025.
