The Barangay Looc, through the Supplemental Budget No. 2025-001 intends to apply the total sum of TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY(Php 280,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase and Installation of Air conditioning units and other various equipment, Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Barangay Looc now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required on the delivery schedule provided under Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) of these Bidding Documents, commencing from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
