1. The Local Government of Dinalupihan, through the Local Government Unit Operating Budget 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Sixty-One Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos Only (Php361,800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase and Delivery of Vegetable Seeds. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
