Description : INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID FOR THE
PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS SPORTS MATERIALS AND CULTURAL EQUIPMENTS

1. The BARANGAY LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF SUMNANGA through the MOOE intends to apply the sum of ₱ 183,000.00, being the ABC to payments under the contract for PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS SPORTS MATERIALS AND CULTURAL EQUIPMENTS with PR NO. 2025-01-005. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The BARANGAY LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF SUMNANGA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required WITHIN 30 CALENDAR DAYS STARTING FROM THE DATE OF THE NOTICE TO PROCEED IS RECEIVED BY THE WINNING BIDDER. Bidders should have completed, within 21 CALENDAR DAYS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
