1. All prices quoted herein are valid, binding and effective at least within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days from date of quotation
2. Items with deffect during delivery shall not be accepted.
3. In case of change of brand, suppliers must submit a letter request within 5 calendar days before delivery. No approved letter request delivery shall not be accepted.
4. Delivery Term: 15 calendar days upon receipt of the contract (P.O) , 8:0am to 5:00pm, Mondays to Fridays except Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.
