INVITATION TO BID FOR
PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS MEDICINES
FOR DAILY DISPENSARY

1. The Municipal Government of Teresa, through the 2024 Annual Budget (General Fund) intends to apply the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY EIGHT PESOS ONLY (P 741,688.00 ) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Teresa-2025-01-003. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Teresa now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by fifteen (15) days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
