1. Stock No. 1 and 2 - must be compatible with Vitek 2 Compact (existing Machine)
2. Stock No. 6 and 8 must not be with less than (18) months shelf-life upon delivery and with Certificate of Product Registration (FDA), (if applicable). In the event the awarded reagents have less than 18 months shelflife in nature, the supplier must submit the guarantee letter duly approved by the Head of Procuring Entity prior delivery of supplies.
3. Payment Terms: Payment shall be based on the actual delivery. Minimum of 50% of the contract price of the Purchase Order shall be paid subject to usual Accounting Rules and Regulations.
