1. The Local Government Unit of Pinabacdao, using a single-year Framework Agreement, through the 2025 Annual Budget intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Four Thousand pesos (P504,000.00) inclusive of all applicable taxes with details below, being the ABC to payments under the contract for each item. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.
