Description : 1. The Municipality of Santo Tomas, La Union, through the budget for the contract approved by the sanggunian under the General Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven hundred fifty thousand pesos (Php 750,000.00.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase and Delivery of Tables and Chairs. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Santo Tomas, La Union now invites bids for the Purchase and Delivery of Tables and Chairs for the Day Care Children:
a. Chair (durable plastic materials with rounded safety edges for safety, H - 51.5 cm / W - 37 cm, assorted colors) - 750 pcs
b. Table (sleek rectangular shape, durable metal and plastic materials for stability and long-lasting use, H - 50 cm x L - 120 cm x W -- 60 cm) - 125 pcs
Delivery of the Goods is required within seven (7) working days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
