  Description : INVITATION TO BID for the Purchase and Delivery of Supplies for Hazard Map GIS Application and for Other Disaster Related Operations of the LDRRMO.
  
  1. The Municipality of Aloguinsan, through the LDRRM FUND intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Nine Thousand Four Hundred Forty Pesos and Seventy Three Centavos ( Php 295,440.73) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase and Delivery of Supplies for Hazard Map GIS Application and for other disaster related operations of the LDRRMO (Solicitation No. 2025-AP-09-054). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The Municipality of Aloguinsan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within the last 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
