The Municipal Government of Ambaguio, through the Budget for Contract Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND (P 390,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF SUPLEMENTARY FEEDING Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
