Description : INVITATION TO BID for the Purchase and Delivery of Rescue Tripod, Disaster Relief Tent and LED Wall with Installation for LDDRMO of the Municipality of Aloguinsan.

1. The Municipality of Aloguinsan, through the LDRRM Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Eighty One Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos ( 1,081,900.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase and Delivery of Rescue Tripod, Disaster Relief Tent and LED Wall with Installation for LDRRMO of the Municipality of Aloguinsan (Solicitation No. 2025-AP-09-051). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Aloguinsan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required 45 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within the last 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
