1.RIZAL HIGH SCHOOL , through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) will undertake Small Value Procurement Section 53.9 and invites entities to submit their Price Quotation for the Purchase and Delivery of Purified Drinking Water for RHS Faculty Rooms and Offices the FY 2026 with following details :
1 lot - Purified drinking water
Estimated quantity - 760 bottle containers / month
With provision of at least twenty five (25) units of brand new or refurbished free standing water dispenser at no additional cost.
All water dispensers must undergo monthly cleaning and sanitization to be conducted by the Supplier, every last Saturday of the month in the presence of the end-user or representative
Defective water dispensers must be replaced within twenty-four (24) hours upon receipt of the verbal/written from the end-user
