Purchase and Delivery of Purified Drinking Water for RHS Faculty Rooms and Offices the FY 2026

1.RIZAL HIGH SCHOOL , through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) will undertake Small Value Procurement Section 53.9 and invites entities to submit their Price Quotation for the Purchase and Delivery of Purified Drinking Water for RHS Faculty Rooms and Offices the FY 2026 with following details :

1 lot - Purified drinking water
Estimated quantity - 760 bottle containers / month

Delivery of purified drinking water is every Monday or when need arises starting February 2026-December 2026. However, the RHS has the option to reduce or increase the weekly supply of water when it deems necessary.
In which case, supplier shall deliver and ensure supply of water as indicated by RHS.

Water containers shall have a capacity of five (5) gallons, made from food grade plastic, tamper-proof, dent free and properly sealed. The containers shall be labelled with the name and address of the supplier.
