ITB 2021-05-017(GOODS)

1. The Municipality of Tuba, through the Budget for the contract approved by the Sangguniang Bayan for CY 2021 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos (Php 270,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase and Delivery of Other Supplies and Materials for the Quarantine Facilities and Safety Measures on the COVID-19. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Tuba now invites bids for the Purchase and Delivery of Other Supplies and Materials for the Quarantine Facilities and Safety Measures on the COVID-19. Delivery of the Goods is 15 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
