Description : 4,416 bottles Purified Drinking Water at 5 gallons capacity per bottle @ P 45.00 / bottle

 Maximum delivery of 92 bottles per week, twice a week
 Maximum delivery of 100 bottles per week (at least 2 times delivery per week
 1-year free use of minimum six (6) units of Hot and Cold Dispenser
 Stage of purification process includes but not limited to the following:
a) Microfiltration
b) Multimedia Filtration
c) Carbon Filtration
d) Reverse Osmosis
e) Ultraviolet Treatment or Sterilization
f) Ozonation
 All bottles / container must be without dents and with standard color of clear light blue
 Supplier must submit latest FY 2025 Water Testing Results, and every quarter as needed/required
