Description : Invitation to Bid for Purchase and Delivery of Non-Automatic Weighing Instrument (NAWI) and Dispensing Pumps

1.
The Local Government of Oras, through the General Appropriation Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Sixty-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos Only. (P 268,900.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase and Delivery of Non-Automatic Weighing Instrument (NAWI) and Dispensing Pumps (CB-GOODS-2025-008). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Local Government of Oras now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Ten (10) Calendar days from receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project, The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
