The local Government Unit of Can-avid, through is Bid and Awards Committee (BAC). Invites suppliers to apply for eligibility, to bid for the hereunder contract:

Procurement will be conducted in consonance with Section 53.9 (Small Value Procurement) of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations Part A (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (R.A. 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. Only sealed bids/quotations from eligible bidders will be opened and a contract will only be awarded to the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Quotation.

Opening of Price Quotations shall be on December 2, 2025, 2:00 PM at the SB Session Hall, 2nd Floor Municipal Building Can-avid Eastern Samar.
