INVITATION TO BID (ITB)

The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BILIRAN, through its BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE (BAC) invites Bidders/Suppliers to bid for the Purchase of the following:

1. PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF MEDICINES Php 569,856.00
CALENDAR DAYS (CD): 30 PR 2025-03-01

Bidding will be conducted through Public Bidding Procedure using the non-discretionary pass/fail criterions as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of the Republic Act# 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
