1. The Municipality of Orion, Bataan through the General Appropriation Act of 2021 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Twenty-One Thousand and Five Hundred Pesos (Php 321,500.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract Purchase and Delivery for Medicines, Medical Supplies and Equipment for Medical and Emergency Use (25ITB-CS-01-006). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
