INVITATION TO BID

Purchase and Delivery of Medicines- I
PB 2025-14

1. The Local Government of Dinalupihan, through the Trust Fund -PGB Special Health Fund intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-Four Pesos Only (Php693,924.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase and Delivery of Medicines - I. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government of Dinalupihan now invites bids for Purchase and Delivery of Medicines. Delivery is fifteen (15) days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two years (2) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
