Description : INVITATION TO BID for the Purchase and Delivery of Medicines and Psychotropic Drugs for the Municipality of Aloguinsan.

1. The Municipality of Aloguinsan, through the General Fund FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Four Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php 4,480,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase and Delivery of Medicines and Psychotropic Drugs for the Municipality of Aloguinsan (Solicitation No. 2025-AP-04-020). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Aloguinsan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Purchase Order in two (2) staggered delivery. Bidders should have completed, within the last 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
