INVITATION TO BID FOR
Purchase and Delivery of Medicine and Medical Supplies (Batch 2)

1. The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Pinabacdao, through the 2025 Annual Budget /DRRM TF intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Five Hundred Thirteen and 26/100 pesos and 26/100 (P898,513.26) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase and Delivery of Medicine and Medical Supplies (Batch 2). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Pinabacdao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 60 days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
