1. The Local Government Unit of Cabarroguis, through the General Fund 2025- (MHO- Drug testing Laboratory, Municipal Health Program for Emerging and Re-Emerging Infectious Diseases (Disease Prevention, Treatment and Vaccination), Sandugo Program, GAD Fund 2025- (MHO- Provision of Medicines for Mother and Children, Health and Nutrition Program), HIV/AIDS Awareness and Prevention- (MHO- Confirmation of Laboratory Diagnosis) intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Pesos (⹣ 565,000.00) inclusive of VAT being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase and Delivery of Medical Supplies for the Municipality of Cabarroguis, Quirino with identification number LGUCQ-GOODS-2025-0005 with the following specifications.
