Autoclave Tape (1"); 30 boxes Band-Aid (50 strips per box/pack); etc..} for use of the Office of the Provincial Health Officer, with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) amounting to Six Million Four Hundred Thirty-Four Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-One Pesos and 75/100 (₱6,434,551.75), chargeable against the General Fund.
